    Vehicle : Jaguar XF 3.0D V6

    Trim : Black

    Engine : 3.0D V6

    Year : 0000

    Default

    Simple to check.

Point the air to the face vents and put the blower on full.

Press the re-circ button and the airflow and noise from the fan should change.

If it doesn't, or you can hear clicking noises from behind the glovebox it means the re-circ solenoid has failed. This is fairly common and the new part is about £60 from VX.

It is on the side of the blower motor assembly and operate a flap above the blower, either drawing air in from the footwell area or through the pollen filter.

BTW, re-circ doesn;t operate if the air is set all up the windscreen.
