    Default Rubber stoppers????

Hi everyone. Just a quick post nothing major. But one of my wipers came off the other week, causing both wipers to clash.(ive sorted out this problem) But when i went out to check on the wipers i noticed a rubber stopper had popped out from the corner of the bonnet (ive attached a photo) on the other side there was no stopper atall. I take it there was one before. Im just wondering what these actually do? And do i need to buy a new one? If so, what are they called. Rubber stopper is the only name i can think of. Thanks

It looks like the rubber stops that the engine cover clips on to or the bonnet support rubbers

cant be the engine cover. Its about an inch in diameter and atleast an inch long. Are you thinking of the 2 rubber washers on the engine cover? Sorry the picture might be misleading

There are 4 mounts like that on the engine cover

Also check that all of the rubber mounts are on your airbox

I still think it's for the engine cover - turn it upside down, and it clips onto the bottom of the cover and the hole we can see goes over the top of a ball-bearing thing.

Yup, definitely looks like an engine cover mounting grommet to me.
