Its those two torx bolts at the back, take them out then slide the seat and tilt it forwards... Don't think there is any 13mm bolts to undo

Isn't the first thing to do to disconnect the battery negative terminal and then wait 10 minutes for the airbag system to discharge before disconnecting the wiring multiplug under the seat?

didnt think of that one tbh, will do that once ive found out how to remove them daft tight bolts from the seat! seems the torque tread in the bolts is starting to chew up were there so tight.. **** knows why they use them style bolts and out them in such an akward possition?? Really hard to get the right angle on them to get the right grip to turn them when there tight! Maybe if i do get the bolts out ok i might be able to sort the mechanism underneath out without fully removing the seat!! I can see the levers that push down the pins to allow the seat to move are all bent up on one side! No idea how that has happened?? The seat has never worked since i bought it last yr! One of many daft issues with the car right now.

    Good luck with the bolts.

If you have a factory alarm, you have to disconnect the battery within 10 (I think) seconds of switching OFF the ignition (from position II) otherwise the alarm will sound using it's built-in battery for power.

dont forget to un clip the plug under the seat before removal, you dont
have to disconnect the battery as long as you keep the ignition off

then remove them 2 bolts at end of the rail then your free to remove the
    seat.
