Having 2nd thoughts

Well having acquired myself a cd70 navi im having 2nd thoughts in replacing it with my cd40 i didn't realize at the time that i would lose my dab radio and that i would also strugle with my factory fitted handsfree bluetooth telephone so the cd70 may be up for sale unless i can find out if vauxhall can sort my phone out

i swapped out my cd40 for a cd 70. i must admit i do miss the dab bit as the choice of radio stations was impressive but the cd changer was a joke and that god awfull orange screen that vauxhall put in ruined the dash for me. the cd70 i love the colour screen and the built in sat nav and also the mp3 cd player is great too. im now saving for a parrot kit so i can hook up my ipod and iphone so maybe thats what u need fella

Cd70 needs tech 2 session along withh screen to enable uhp on it....
I've retrofitted BT to cd70 works fine
If they cannot sort it don't pay them as can be done

The thing about the parrot i don't like is the screen mounted on the dash i like to keep my dash clear thats why i like the vauxhall hands free.

Once i get the cd70 installed can i have it tech 2'ed to get my factory fitted phone system to work.

What is the spec of the cd70 i know its navi but is it also a cd changer and do they also come with the factory fit hands free like my cd40

well i have just fitted it all in and its working great however the sat nav thinks im in barnsley how do i reset it to pick up where i am

Do u have a gps antenna fitted

yeah got it working alot better now still a tad bit out though
