    Default Haunted radio?

We'd been out to Coventry today, Wendy had been listening to a CD going, but the radio was off coming back. Parked up, unloaded, locked up, came in.
I went back out and washed the car as it badly needed it, came in.
Just both going to bed at midnight, Wendy notices music outside. She looked out to see where it was coming from, culprit was my car, which was still locked.
I disabled the ignition link soon after I got it, so radio has to be switched on/off, and I doubt either of us have had it at that high a volume setting.
We opened car up, turned it off, locked it again, now going to bed.
Anyone have any logical explanation? To our knowledge, there are two sets of keys, we have both of them and I've had the car 2 1/2 years with no other odd happenings.
However, around the house last night, we were both in bed, Wendy woke up and heard the toilet flush, assumed it was me, then realised I was still in bed fast asleep.

    Is it a CD30 stereo?

They've been known to switch themselves on.

Vehicle : Mk1 renault scenic... I know I know but it drives

Mine done it a few times. A think it's because of the cd.

A stopped leaving a cd in it. Until I removed the stereo. Pulled fuse out the back and cleaned it. And that seemed to solve the problem. (touch wood)

Ok, thanks guys - yes, it is a CD30. Would removing the fuse lose the code, as I don't have it. At the time of purchase I thought it was in the documents package then found it wasn't.

    It would do yes.

If you've got v5 etc. Vauxhall should be able to give it to you

No. Being full canbus, the stereo is coded to the display and therefore doesn't require a code after a power interuption.

Only time it needs a code is to divorce it from the display or to marry it up to another display.
