    Default through the bleak midwinter,,,

I tend to go into an incredibly low activity level with detailling during the winter months, and reduce wash frequency simply due to the "5 minute filthy" syndrome that happens with constantly wet salty roads.

As such I am always worried about the paint deterioration in finish etc etc.

last night we were out in town and I parked in a large full carpark and when we walked back to the car after the place we were at I was looking at the quality of the shine on the bonnets of the rows of cars and apart from a 61 plate Audi they were,, shiny,, but kind of dull,,, then I saw my Vectra and she was still VERY much the shiny one

I can't wait for the weather to lift a bit and I will set myself a day of water, shampoo, clay, waxes, polishes, glazes, perfection and beer
