Would you swap ?

Been looking to change me car for a while now but havent seen anything thats caught my eye till today a work mate of mines got aa bmw 316i se 53 reg 62,000 mile very clean and tidy motor took it for a spin and drive lovely got lots of toys climate control, cruise control, air con front and rear elec windows ect
he is looking for a cheaper car to insure he only 32 im 45 well to cut long story short he suggest a straight swap for my vectra life 120 diesel my car is clean and tidy but 125,000 mile on clock 55 reg he is dead keen on the idea i said i would think over weekend and let him now monday the only down side i can think of is his bmw is petrol and no cd player !
so some advice needed would you swap ?

You can buy a cd player. I think I would do the swap.

i love bmw's would defo have another if i ever bored with the vec
me personally wouldnt just because the engine in the bmw
when i bought my bmw i got advise off a bmw car nut he knew allsorts about bmw's
what he told me was to keep away from the 4 cylinder bmws no good as at the time i was looking at the 318 ended up buying 323se and loved it
this one is a 316 so is going to be very under powered
