Haha, falls under the category of fuel magnets, fuel saving additives, turbulence increasers, and hopes and dreams. Makes a massive dent in your wallet and gives you nothing in return.
Funnily enough, the TV show Mythbusters tried loads of fuel saving devices including a hydrogen solution like this one and all the claims were busted.
If you want to save fuel, there's only 2 real possible solutions...... Walk or Cycle
I have just made one from bits from the B&Q plumbing section but I cannot get it to work, looks like I will have to buy one instead
Lois Griffin: Peter! You're bribing your daughter with a car?
Peter Griffin: Ah, c'mon, Lois, isn't 'bribe' just another word for 'love'?
If you read the instructions, it is used on the air intake, NOT the fuel intake!
You then need to reduce the fuel entering the combustion chamber
However as Mythbusters found the difference was negligible, unless the car was driven at a constant 80kph and even then the improvement was less than 20%
The overall cost saving was even less
What? You mean I can't run my car on water after all?
"Doing a good job here is like wetting your pants in a dark suit, you get a warm feeling but nobody else notices"

Wasnt there some work on steam injection quite a few years ago, it actually increased the power and economy??
You could use propane instead of petrol, it's half the price.
What'd be really cool is if Vauxhall did a version of the Vectra C that was already set up to run on either petrol or propane...
They did an LPG model called DualFuel
