25th August 2013 Hull Motor Show (Now At 87 Cars)
Right gents ive seen on 2 forums the date above is for Hull this year. The Hull website has yet to be updated but the 2 forums were there last year so may have got some insiders information?. Its one of Yorkshire's biggest car shows if not the biggest and a good day out for the family. The date for the show is the 25th of August (bank holiday weekend) and the price for each car on show was £6 last year but may go up this year.I will update asap but all money raised goes to the chosen charity (candle lighters). I know this thread is a bit early,but there is a bit of planning involved and we need payments a month before the show. This will also be a joint meet with Vxronline, Insignia-Enthusiat.org and all members on Vectra-c com. Any other suggestions for the meet, are more than welcome
. Ideally,we would like to keep this just for Vauxhall cars only but all models of Vauxhall are welcome. Last year we had a massive 52 cars on the stand with 31 of those cars from Vectra-c members. We are the current Winners of the best club stand and i would like to retain that this year as well but we will need to step up this year. Im setting a target of 100 cars for the stand this year but would like more if poss!. With a min target of 40 cars off here. (NO LIMIT ON ATTENDEES). You do not need to have a highly modified car standard cars are welcome. Also all specs from LS right up to VXR. Guys we really need your support for this meet. Cars are going to be on show to the public and theres a chance to win best club stand on the day again.
I wont be taking any payments to near the date but will need payments by the end of July.(prices will be updated asap) I will also sort out a spec sheet for each car a new design from last years spec sheet again will update in another thread. So come on guys lets get some names down and have a big meet.

Meeting point is to hand out car passes that you will need to enter the show ground itself. We will then be convoying down like we did last year in order that you will be on the stand so its easier and quicker to get the stand ready for when the gates are open to the public.
Come on members in Yorkshire theres over 100 of us we could smash the target with just us so lets get down and meet some new people and put on a good show.
