    Default 2 t HELP...

I'm trying to restore my car back to standard by removing the dump valve. This was fitted when i bought he car and so have no reference point to return to.

ANYONE willing to take photos of the turbo area to show me where things should go and what things look like????

Probably doesn't matter, but in case it does - which turbo do you have: Garrett or Mitsi?

I've bit the bullet and took the pipework etc off. The vacumm stub on the turbo was simply blocked with a big bolt!!...

I took the cover off and found both the spring and diaphragm were in place..result..

Unfortunatly vauxhall dont supply the 'bleed nipple' /vacumm stubb on the turbo.

Local turbo shop wanted £40 for the complete cap/spring/diaphragm and stubb, wouldnt sell just the stub.

I was given a grease nipple by a local bearing shop which fitted the thread on the cap. After drilling the internals of the grease nipple im left with a straight through vacumm/stub attachment.

    WOT DYA THINK?..
