    a mate of mine did me a polished throttle body at work for me, and fitted it. i know what a mate
    anyway here's some pics...........

    its likely to increase airflow or rather make it smoother.. will be interesting to hear if you feel any difference..

    Looks smart mate, hope you get some performance benefit from it.

    Just got to remove the rest of the engine and get him to polish that too!!

    I didn't go quite that mad with mine, but I cleaned my TB today.

    Always tends to make idling smoother...

    Not sure what that pin-hole does (vacuum to somewhere I assume) but it was seriously oiled up!

    feels smoother to me,idle was a bit up n down at first, but now all good,also started using shell v power, bit more expensive but got told its better than normal unleaded

    with the internal surfaces being polished they are less likely to coke up but the Z20NET throttle bodies don't seem to coke up anyway as a rule.. I figure you engine/ecu is just adjusting to slightly different charged airflow and will settle down very soon if it hasn't already..
