dual climate control issues

hi all, right i got a problem with my 3.3 gsi vectra. the climate control doesnt seem to be working correctly, the blowers are fine, but theres no heat coming from passenger side and it only blows warmish air on drivers side??????
any ideas as too what could be causing this???

Is the engine temperature ok?

oddly enough the engine temp is fine, i cleaned the scuttle out earlier but hasnt cured the problem..

No heat with both sides set to Hi?

only warmish air blows out of drivers side and cold out of passengers side with temp control in high??

even with the temp set to high both sides, the air still blows cold passenger side and luke warm drivers side

You need to check the air mixture control servos are working. To check then you will need to remove the kick panels on the sides of the footwells around the centre console.

I take it you have checked the water is hot going to the heater?

what do the servos look like? and no i also havent checked for water in the heater.. again, where/what is the heater located and look like??
