Time to sell?

I recently started a new job which means that I'm expected to leave the car in airport car parks, service stations etc so I can meet clients at their destinations.

I have never left the car in any car park so I'm reluctant to start doing it now. The thing is I'm always worrying about the dam thing and I think the only thing I can do to stop being so worried about it is sell it.

My only worry is I need something thats reliable and that is pratcial for a family. The only car that springs to mind is a Focus due to all the ratings its had........ Been looking around and it seems that £3k should buy a tidy one with good history.

I would get an Astra H but having owned one previously I know the boot space is very small and not much use when going on holiday etc.

If anyone has any suggestions for an alternative it would be good to know, needs to be max 1.6 diesel and no older than 2005 I reckon
