2.2 Direct Fuel reg and pump

Hi,

Were about in the engine bay are the Fuel Reg and fuel pump?
(as in the ones they have probs with on this engine)

just got my veccy and wondered if they'd been replaced.

Looking at the engine it looks like a new part has been fitted (nice n shiny!) on the gearbox end of the camshaft, is this the FR?

the camshaft is at the top??

what is this new part then? it looks like it has fuel pipes connected to it

probably the HP fuel pump

is this the part that they had problems with?
also what does the FR look like/were exactly is it?

dunno bout the fuel regulator mate, i've personally only done a HP pump so far

ive done the regulator and sensor.. both in total a 10 minut job..remove the cover for the engine.. sensor is on the right on the "aluminum" rail.. and the regulator is at the other end..

Take the cover of fuel pump is the top right hand side
