3.2v6 best spark plugs to get?

Mine are due to be replaced really, anyone with more knowledge than me shed some light on the best ones to get? Would rather upgrade to better ones than replace with standard,

pandy i recomend denso ik20 i changed from standard 4 spark things you get from vx to these instantly felt the difference

Got standard ones here. They have been fine with track abuse and they are very cheap.

When I had my GSi, I tried Iridiums, grooved and another sort.

Sold the car with Iridiums in and never noticed any difference over the stock VX ones which did 30k in my ownership.

Stick with standard unless you are racing your motor. Price to compare with advantage you will never really notice the difference. I fittted super dooper plugs to mine and in all honesty never noticed any difference.

Used denso ik20's in mine... can't say if any better as had other stuff done at same time.

you should notice the difference on motorway i did gives more response

will have to give mine a good clean this week ready for rolling road
