EGR attempt this weekend!

hi, going to remove and service the EGR valve this weekend. I've read the fix but i'm not 100% sure on where to drill exactly? does anyone have a picture or a really accurate description? bit scared of drilling in to remove the solenoid and trashing the damn thing!

Also when using the liquid metal bonding on the inlet manifold is there a certain way to do it. I know what position to get the swirl pots and which ones to bond. Trouble is there pretty tricky to get at. Once I clean them up and have them at the right position can I just dump a load of the bonding on top? Any advice would be amazing! cheers all

In my opinion m8 waste of time. They seem to get wise to the idea and still cause the problems. I gave up in the end - and it is no longer an issue as it is blanked and switched off via remap.

cheers gaz, a heard that its pricey to get it mapped out so was gonna try the fix first and see what happens. If nothing comes of it I'll not have lost anything but a reckon i'm going to have to bite the bullet and get a new manifold. At that point it will deffinitely get blanked off!
