Z20NET and new road tax costs

Hi everyone,

I have recently bought an 06 model vectra 2.0t. Does anyone know how much this is going to cost me to tax? At the moment it's in the same bracket as my old 2.2 Astra, but as it's newer etc. I would just like to know whether the tax cost is going to be extortionate (even more so than it already is!)

£260 per annum, based on its emissions in the band 200-225gm/km.

thanks for the reply, I was wondering will I be affected when the new road tax rules etc. come out? I'm not sure whether anyone knows this yet, but I don't want to get some news that it's gonna be something ridiculous like £400 a year!

I believe the prices are meant to be looked at again sometime soon (March rings a bell) just wondering whether anyone else had any general information about it!

Yes mate it has. Now £260 for a year, Just taxed my old one for the bloke who bought it.
