front anti-roll bar ball joint dust cover..what is it.?

hi guys just hade an mot and they have told me.the offside front anti-roll bar ball joint dust cover excessively deteriorated so that its no longer prevents the ingress of dirt..

can you tell me what this is and is it easy to replace..

All I can think off is it means drop link ball joint covers.

If it is then about 10-15 mins each to change
