1.9 CDti Oil Sump - Alternative to Vx

Afternoon all....

After 4 hours of owning the car I have cracked the oil sump (thanks to Snow & Ice)

Is there an alternative sump I can used as opposed to the standard Vx one?? e.g Saab??

Saab will have one as share same engine.

And you'll prob find theirs some after market ones out their.

But maybe worth posting in regional area seeing if someone will pick you one with trade club card

How do I know what type of engine i've got? I know that sounds a daft question... but after owning my Vec for 4 hours before wrecking it... i dont know too much about it

If its a 1.9cdti its either 120bhp or 150bhp. If you tell us that someone can give you the engine code.
