Default Does this mean I can have TC ??

Took the blanking plug out and this blue socket was behind. My car is a 56 plate Elite. After reading other posts I think maybe the wiring may not be there even though the socket is. Is that correct? It does have ABS but I haven't noticed a tc light on startup ....

Have a look at your abs module in the engine bay and see if it has abs or tc or absm printed on it.
