Default Had the Siggy a year now (part 2)

Next job was a new exhaust,as I was missing the sound of my Vectra with a MIJ full sport one..
I looked into driving all the way to Walsall again but some one on here recommended a Flowtech company in Dagenham (7 miles from me).
So I went and made inquiries and they cost only £50 dearer than MIJ with a superior exhaust and welding (their words not mine ,but I must agree).Working out it would cost me about £100 in fuel I thought I would try them .

I was very happy with the exhaust and their work, but I didn't think the tips I had selected worked on the car ..so after a few weeks I went back and had these put on ..

    Much better .
One mod I was really after was the roof spoiler as they are a must for a siggy .contemplated a copy one off of Ebay ..Then by chance a guy on Ebay was selling rear vxr spoilers for vectras,he had taken over a workshop and there was a large stock of VXR and Irmmy spoilers there .I made a tentative inquiry about a roof spouiler for a signum not really expecting much. But low and behold he had one,I asked what colour as i wanted a black one for my colour scheme and joy of joy it was /cost £70 cheap as chips me thinks

Once the exhaust was settled in it was time for a remap I went to a firm not far from called AMD .they run a VW Golf the BTCC ...
AFter several problems with the map, they decided the map wont work in my car without the sport button ..
So they opted for the Agressive super Chip map ..After a bit of tweeking here and there they eventually got a settled map on my car .
Last Rolling Road figures at HayesDynoTech were 282 Bhp and 375 ftlb of Torque, not bad for an auto ...
    Other little maps included

    Chrome signum door sills(Ebay £18.00)
    Chrome wipers (Ebay £20.00)
Chrome opel numberplate holders (Ebay £17.00)
Chrome Opel Dust caps (Ebay £2.75)
    Opel Wheel centres (Ebay £9.99).

and finally for now a set of chrome wing mirror covers ..a swop for my colour coded Lightening Silver ones with a membetr on here .

Part 3 to be added at another time ..

    thanks for reading ...
