Default Fitted my head rest monitors and dvd HU

Just thought i'd post this up for others to see
First time i've attempted anything like this with head rests and i'm very pleased with the result. Although not 100% there yet with the monitors, they still need a little work to get a better fit.
Truth be told i really wanted a double din HU but my budget would only allow for an Xtrons and after going on their forum and seeing the ammount of problems people was having with them i decided against it. So i went for a Ripspeed DV740 from halfords, and for £150 its a great piece of kit.

    Anyways, some pics:

Very nice mate. I had the same sort of set up in my astra. Just make sure you get some covers or you remove them when you park up as they can be bait to be robbed! looks tidy though

    Thanks for the comments guys.
They are Veba 6" screens. Heres a link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VEBA-AV60M...item4cf991b4c6

I did try and fit the wire down the tubes but the connector is quite long and to make it work would of involved cutting out more metal from the tube than i was comfortable with, i must admit i was dissapionted i couldnt make it work.
If you look in the second pic you can make out the wire next to the right bar on both head rests....

They wasnt too difficult to fit, i was very cautious on the first one and spent about 4 hours on it, but once i knew where & how much to cut the second one only took an hour.

They are my original headrests, yes.
