Default New Hids Fitted 35w 6000k

Took me about two hours to do this but if I did it again it would not take so long

Just as a side note I first of all had to purchase a set of H7 at a laughable price of 3.99. As both my nightbreaker plus buld went within a week of each other. I had to put the cheap ones in so I could then drive up to a wall and mark the edges of the beams.

Once I was finished the hids lined up perfectly to the markings.

Placed the ballasts in the battery compartment and under the drivers side lamp.

Light clusters back in place and all is working well.

All back together again and I do like the look. So much better projection of light. They match my 8 Smd leds.

Can't wait for darkness and go for a drive

Look great. You'll need to change the fogs now as they look really yellow by comparison.
Did you fit these with the headlight units still in place, or did you take them out?

Just went for a drive and what a difference. I can actually see the road in front of me.

Nobody flashed me and I did try these on various heights.

All in all Im so glad I went with them

    Hello Mate.

I decided to take the light clusters out as it would have been a pig of a job to do otherwise for me.

Also the fogs are supposed to be hid alike bulbs which when they went in looked very bright and white. Not now though so will have to look around at some replacements.

Do you have to take so much off the front to get the lights out? Kinda putting me off the idea, tbh.

You can drop the front bumper but I just prefer to take the whole thing off. Its also good as you can then have a look around to see if anything is a miss.

How white is the light from these? I was considering 5000k but now I've seen your 6000k ones I'm not sure any more. I want a nice crisp white without it looking too unusual to attract plod. Cheers.

Tell you what I will pop out in a mo and take a pic to give you and idea.

To me they look nice and white with a very small hint of blue.
