There's this one for fitting the sensors (its a vectra install though)

How 2: Fit Rear Reversing Sensors
Here is a guide to fitting a set of reversing sensors to your Vectra-C. I purchased a set off Ebay

The cost was a reasonable £21.98, there are many different versions out there.

Once you have you sensors find a suitable location to do the work, preferably somewhere dry. Then remove the rear bumper, there is a How-2 which shows what to do, I took pictures but didn’t want this How-2 to be to large.

Once the bumper is removed you will need to clean off the dust to see the four marked points which are manufactured into the rear bumbper.

Combined drill bit and cutter which came with the set (remember to clean the waste from the cutter after each hole is drilled)

Then drill the hole, remember to support the outside edge with a piece of timber to stop break out (keep hands clear). I didn’t drill a pilot hole as the new bit and cuter was fine. Use a moderate speed when drilling with a little pressure only, let the cutter do the work but don’t labour the job as heat can build up.

Hole drilled from the inside, the wood can be seen on the outside of the bumper.

Then roll some sandpaper and clean up the edges (careful of the paintwork!)

Fit the sensors carefully, in order A – B – C- D from offside to nearside. These just push in (refer to manufacturer instructions) and are held securely by the fitting, which has rubber strips. I found twisting them helped, plus you could use a little washing up liquid. Remember not to pull in the wire at any time.

Loop the cable together using tie wraps and insulation tape to protect the wire.

I selected this hole to enter the cable array into the area by the light cluster. The wire is used as a pull through. (a grommet should be placed in the hole to prevent damage to the cable)

Cable ready for pulling through, do this when re-fitting the bumper.

Once the cable array is inside the car select the rear light cluster connector block. I used scotch block connectors (20p each). If unclear on the connection look at the light fitting. The bottom wire is for reverse (black and off white) and the top is neutral - earth (brown). This can easily be checked by looking at your light cluster and checking which is which. You only want to be connected to the reversing light therefore the sensor only powers up when you put your car in reverse! The buzzer/alarm was fitted under the fixed parcel shelf area on the nearside, I just pulled the foam back and stuck it on.

Job done. The black is a perfect match for my black Vectra. The sensors work great and I’m very suited with them. total time to complete 80 min .

And one for removal of Bumper ( Again its a Vectra)

    HOW2 : Rear Bumper Removal/Replacing
Changed my rear bumper today from the standard LS/SXi/Club one to the SRI bumper.

    Here is the 'How 2'...

Here is how it starts off as:

Firstly, you need to remove the rear lights from your Vectra.
To do this, open up the boot hatch, and open up the side compartments to access the back of the lights.
Unclip the wiring loom from the lights.
Then you will need to remove the 3 bolts holding the lights in place.

Make sure you remove both lights.

Now you will need to remove the Registration Plate lights. Simply use a screwdriver or something similar to unclip the side of the light as shown

Then unplug the wiring loom from the back of it. Do this for both lights.
You will also need to remove the 2 screws next the the lights
    Remove your number plate.

Now remove the 3 screws at the back of each rear wheel arch.
Then pull the bumper out sideways from the rear wheel arch, and give it a few little tugs untill it pops out all the way back to the rear lights. You need to pull the bumper out, so it is pulled away from the stopper.

Do this at both sides so the bumper is removed at the top, but still connected at the lower part of the bumper.
You will now need to remove the registration plate light wiring loom from the bumper:

Now you will need to go underneath the rear bumper, and unclip the 2 clips holding it in place.

    The bumper is now removed.

(If you are planning on replacing the exhaust, now is the perfect time as it's easier to access... mine has rusted up, so I'll tackle that another day.)

If you are replacing the bumper with a different one, don't forget to remove these clips from the old one, and put on your new one:
    The wheel arch screw clips:

    The registration plate screw clips:

Now repeat the process in reverse order to fit the new one.

You have now fitted your new bumper.
    Enjoy!
