Default Alternative to orange indicator bulbs?

Two advisories on the MOT today - replace both orange rear indicator bulbs as both starting to show white.

Is there an alternative to the standard orange type? I know LED's probably ain't suitable but is there an alternative out there?

Mine are clear bulbs in the rear – it’s the lens in the light cluster that is orange.

Liking the look of those - does the Vec need opposite or offset pins?

I replaced mine on my 2007 vectra recently. There was an advisory on the MOT - when I took the old ones out, the orange paint or film had blistered and crazed. Replaced with new orange bulbs. Looks like VX installed some cheap orange bulbs originally.
