Depends entirely on how observant your mrs is
De-badge, rear interior light, four switch front interior light panel, sunglasses holder, door lock pins, carbon vinyl door pillars and so on and so on.
Plenty of ideas on the forum, have a hunt through the modifying section.

Same style wheel ony larger with lower profile tyres??
Uprated shocks?
Uprated brakes?
mmmmmmm brakes and shocks, wish i'd thought of doing shocks as i only had the springs fitted tuesday and would have saved me some money on labour doingthe job again doh.
20mm spacers front and rear if you have normal 17" wheels look great when they put on and the wife never noticed untill i told her
i bought some flat wipers last night so will fit them when they come and odds on she will not notice that ever.
also insigna washers she never noticed them and the insignia pedals she never noticed them for about a week
debadge the back is a great cheap mod makes a great difference
20mm spacers I assume put the wheels out further to fill the arches can this be done with standard wheels if going to be lowered ? Also how much. Sorry if taken over the thread
ive got 20mm hub centric spacers front and rear on 215/50/17 on the front and ive just upgraded the backs to 225/45/17 already measured up can easly drop the car by 40mm and they will clear the arches
they make the car look like it has bigger wheels on when you sit it next to same one with same size wheels you have a 4 cm wider track so it must inprove handling but havent noticed it much.
