    Default Power Steering Fluid Replacement.

Has anyone replaced their Power Steering Fluid? Done a search but not found anything useful.

Is it a case of Front Bumper/Offside wheel arch liner off (to get to the reservoir). Remove the feed and return pipes to drain the fluid. Or is there a drain plug.

    Then refill, then bleed
(Start the car for 5 seconds, turn off. Restart and turn the steering wheel from lock to lock 5 times)

Also the "bottle" is very opaque and I currently can't see any fluid level. Is it easy to replace. While the system is empty I may as well sort it.

I can see a couple of How 2s coming when it's a little warmer.

    Thanks for any pointers.

Keif the only references to changing PS fluid ive seen was to basically buy one of those huge syringes add a bit of tubing to them an suck it out through the top of the tank.

Hmmmmmm maybe another good excuse to buy one of these.....

I've got the exact one. I last used it to drain the last of the water out of the cistern before I fitted a new flush. I mainly use mine for bleeding brakes and the clutch, blow one end and suck the other.
