Ian can't you sort a courier thats nearly in Ireland
yep it is a ways .....£25 they are asking for postage ,so i'll probibly have to pay it .
I would ask them to check the postage, then leave negative feedback if they have overcharged once you have received your goods.
People charge extra postage to offset the sellers fees.
That... And They also add on extra to cover their expenses in travelling to the post office to post said item, buying a cardboard box and wrapping materials etc... So it's not always just a way of making a few extra quid... Although I'm sure there is an element of that in some people's thinking... Just what you have to face when dealing with eBay etc..
Package and postage should be fair costs, I agree that it includes the cost of wrapping, tape, transport to place of posting and to an extent the time to post.
However I stick to my statement that many people selling on Ebay artificially increase the P&P as they do not pay fees on that aspect. They also save on Paypal fees.
lol ok I shall tell you now that Ive bought a complete set of vxr estate springs ......for a massive 99p ...no one bidded on them .
so just hated to have to spend £25 on postage lol
You tight so and so pay up boy
my take on that is if you dont like the postage fees dont buy it... btw, I managed to talk Ian into giving them the VXR springs!! Resulto...
