It's funny how things change - I asked "which security package" about two years ago on this site and nearly everyone said they used Kaspersky .

I guess times have changed and products have developed quicker than we think.

Still do as it always does well in the computershop review of Internet Security packages. It just lost out to Bitdefender Internet Security 2012 this year.

Avoid Norton and Mcafee as they are a waste of space

Unless you are running a Linux based system, like Ubuntu or a Mac, I would download some stuff and give them a quick run.

im all mac and have been for a while now..

i just said that havnt used any antivirus for years and iv never had a problem.

So basically what i'm reading is don't pay for any security cus the free stuff is as good.

Thats the good thing about forums....you can save a few quid aswell as spend more than you ever dreamed ! Lol !
