My wife's 2005 Vectra Energy 1.9CDTi 150 came with CD30, TID and no wheel controls.
I retro fitted CD70, CID and scrollers, which are all very easy to do.
Now then, You will need to solder in 2 wires to the metal tracks in the backing plate for the steering wheel.
I also had to solder in the pins to the metal back plate for the blue scroller control connectors to plug onto.
Very easy to do... I just used pins from a computer drive power connector (CD drive or floppy drive) for the job.
Do not use facelift or other vehicle model scroller controls, as they will not physically fit the steering wheel spokes.
Finally, you will need to get someone to program the CIM to accept the scrollers, otherwise the horn will sound if you touch any of the right hand controls.
This is a two minute job to do in an Energy model, using Tech-2, Op-Com or Vaux-Com.
