2002 vectra c help needed

hi all my brother has a 2002 1.8 vectra c and the padlock sign is on dash also the alarm keeps going off.

will not turn over and central locking not working with remote.

Padlock means immobiliser issue, and all the symptoms he has are related.

thxs duncan i did figure that but wot would problem be from i got these codes

p1616 cim wrong enviroment identifier
p1614 wrong transponder key
b3o55 transponder key problem
p0704 clutch switch input circut
b3594 cruise control circuit open or high voltage
p1525 throttle control malfunction

also cant connect to bcm

First three could all be related to a CIM issue at an educated guess, but someone else may know for sure.
