    Default 42" Tv in Boot

I hope you didnít read the heading wrong.

I am not installing a 42" TV in my boot! That would just be mental

I have just bought one off a mate and wanted to know if I will be able to transport it home in my boot?

    Thanks

if its a plasma it needs to be kept upright rather than laid down. I transported one stood up on my rear seats with the seat belts keeping it in place!
Now I need a turbo to keep up!

Our 42" fit no problem in the boot of my wifes Laguna (lied down with the back seats folded), but if its a plasma TV, they aren't supposed to be lied down are they..?

Because they break! Something to do with the gas? I'm not really sure but I know its not good for them to be tilted past about 30 degrees.
Now I need a turbo to keep up!
