    Default What's needed to change

Right, I'm looking at getting my new head unit in a few days but what else am I needing. At the moment my car has a CDR2006 and is half canbus so it's really the leads I need to know. Car Audio Security said I'm gonna need a patch lead for the steering wheel controls, a new aerial adaptor and another lead but because it's already a ISO connecter surely the latter lead isn't needed.

Problem, I went and got all the kit today, temp installed and my steering wheel controls don't work. I got the ISO harness with the block for the steering wheel patch cable and obviously the patch lead it self.

The ISO harness I bought came with a little box that has a 12 pin block one end and a 14 pin block on the other, the patch lead has the 12 pin connector and then into another block that's been heatshrinked then a blue wire on the other side to go to the block for the stereo. I don't think I'd be able to put them round the wrong way
