Irmscher UK problems

I recently won a front Irmscher splitter on Ebay and it was delivered to my work yesterday. I quickly opened it up to check there was no damage then put it in my car and left positive feedback.
On further inspection today it didn't look quite right as it had a little grille with it, so after a bit of digging it looks like they have sent me the non SRI/GSI type part number i3401004.

Here is the actual item i won and you will notice the part number listed is i3401002 (SRI/GSI type).

I contacted the seller through Ebay, but since i left positive feedback can i open a dipute if the seller doesn't get back to me or offer a replacement for the correct part i won?

I also notice they have the non SRI/GSI splitter listed on Ebay under the correct part number but the picture shows a SRI/GSI type. I know it's up to the buyer to check the part number etc but surely it's mis advertised?

it looks like irmscher has used the same picture in both listings,it doesnt
even mention that i can see that which bumper there for so they
shud honour it and change it for you.

its mis advertising the item

I agree mate, they should be more discriptive and advise which bumper both are suitable for. I'll see what they come back with.

I dont think you will have any problems, just a misshap with part numbers

you can open up a claim even though you left feedback. Goods not as described and you should have no problem.

Contact the seller first before opening a complaint, Ebay try to get you to sort problems out first before they get involved.

If they have mi-advertised then you will automatically get a refund once you have returned the item.
