Shall we blame Mark then? Look at it this way, you needed all your concentration on getting safely off the hard shoulder and back in to the fast moving traffic, therefore it must be the passenger's duty to look for debris on the road that might shred your tyres...Don't be silly and if you ask Mark, he will tell you it is all my fault for driving through the rubbish.
He still had to get his hands dirty though! By the time he got to the tyre place, there was a little que, so being the resoursefull chap he is, comandeered a few jacks and changed the tyres himself! And got a bit of discount!
Nothing like being 'forward' in places like that..LOL...
reckon i could get a saturday job there....
