    Default Chrome Richbrook door pins

Well the modding has started, albeit in a minor way, thanks to ChrisVectra for the bargain and quick postage. Nice one matey!

No trouble fitting them, except I dont seem to be able to get the rear pins as far down as the fronts? I fitted the front pins with the grub screw just vivible so I could tighten the pins on, however the rear ones are about 1/2cm higher?

I know its not much, but, I like things even. I could of course lift the front ones to match, but would prefer to lower the back ones.

I have checked the bores in the pins are clear and that the grub screws are not fowlingthe pins. I have even tried swapping the pins around, but still the same result??

Any thoughts or am I just being too picky??

The back ones do sit higher, only cure is to cut them down a little till they sit at same height. I had the same problem.

i have read you need to cut down the rear ones to get them to sit right.

i may swap mine with black ones if the door cards ever need to come off

I have now raised the front ones slightly, so the Vauxhall badges can be seen when the car is locked.

Thanks, I thought I was going mad.... answers on a post card....
