    Default code reader issues

    code reader says there's no connection at all...

    im sure i read that it could be a blown fuse on the passenger side of the dssh but im unsure

    any ideas?

    What year is your motor & what code reader are you using... the reason i ask is that some obd2 readers only read diesels from 2004 onwards, therefore an obd1 might be needed.

    The only code readers that would work on my old Dti were Opcom and Tech 2

    It's annoying as the pedal trick doesn't work on them either

    It's a 53 2.2dti and it's opcom that deffo used to work before it was parked up. I'm 99% sure I read that if a certain fuse had gone, then nothing can be read but I can't find the post on here

    the answer i was looking for was...... fuse 11 7.5 amp on the passenger side fuse panel..

    if this blows, you cant use the obd port.
