please can you tell me which antifreeze i want and how much ??

Its usually 50/50 mix ,

And i would use Vx Antifreeze

do you buy from dealers or can you reccommend anywhere.

Dealers are as cheap as motor factors, be cheeky and ask for trade, they can only say no. Most dealers seem happy for the trade.

Dealers can get into a lot of trouble giving trade prices to general public

The orange long life stuff from halfords is just as good, although not sure if its more or less than the vx stuff.
