Letter for Recall this morning

Hi guys/Gals,

Got a letter this morning telling me my car needs to be recalled for the handbrake im guessing this is a good thing?

I have read on hear that people had, had theres recalled in the past and was hoping mine would as the handbrake is stocking really since changing the rear brake pads lol but didn't think it would be recalled as I have only owned the car a year next month!

Search for handbrake recall. There are threads, 11 pages of them going back to 2007!!!

Great ive been told on the phone today im gunna be there a couple of hours lol as couldnt get there for 8:30am in the morning which would of only been an hour have they never heard of the school run lol so said it be about 9:30

From what ive read on here the problem wasnt noticed or complained enough about till 2007 so more than likely if yours hasnt been done im guessing youll get a letter sometime but dont hold me to that lol

I don't think I'd be that lucky! Is it worth calling the local stealers and asking if there is any outstanding re-call work via my chassis number?

give the dealer your reg number and they will tell you
