I go to bed because I'm stupidly tired but as soon as I lie down the mind starts having a party Wide awake once again

Anybody the same? Tell me I'm not the only one with raj sleep patterns

Yep i'm exactly the same. Unless i'm really tired I can't sleep. It's annoying when i'm on early shift

Magic! No last time I looked at the clock it was around 2.15.

I need the tv on to fall asleep as soon as it's off I'm awake

i know how you feel between 2-3am i go bed as im nodding off on sofa i get upstairs and spend what feels like hours trying to get comfy as the walk upstairs has woke me up and then im up at 7:30 i normanly do this all week then on saturday dont get up till dinner time

I don't always find it hard to fall asleep my problem is staying asleep!!
I lose count of the amount of times a night I wake up check the clock turn over, wake up check the clock turn over, wake up .....................!!!!!
When it's time to get up I just want to sleep!!!!!!!!
