None LED sidelights

Hi guys. Hope this is posted in the right area.

One of the first things I wanna do to my new Vectra is to change the sidelights for a crisper whiter bulb. Have been looking at some on eBay, item no is 270785003378. Can anyone advise if these are any good, are they legal and will they pass an mot? Also as they are blue would they emit a hint of blue or just pure white? Sorry for the dumb ass questions.

If anyone knows of any better ones let me know....
