have you changed the fuel filter and the air filter . clean your inlet manifold as well as your egr and air intake /boost sensor/maf. and have you had the software updated . you could also try cleaning your dpf . someone has cleaned one on here with a presure washer. also where do you get you fuel from ? if supermarket look at this thread http://www.vectra-c.com/forum/showthread.php?t=154218 . it might be that . iam going to try this

my dti takes ages to warm up . (like 10 mile ish) and i have had mine changed .mine is doing about 9 miles per litre . see i thought mine was drinking alot so i filled it right up and zero it and after a week i had done 190 miles and it took between 20 ish litres to fill back up . you got to look at how long you leave it ticking over to warm up or parked . have you changed your vacuum hoses thats about the only thing left i can think of that i have done that you might not have

dont go by how much it costs . go by how many litres you put in .so i guess you keep the car brimed to the top then ? mine nearly costs £30 for 190 miles but when you look at the litres it only says 20 litres . the only way to find out is to brim the tank and zero it drive it for a week and then brim it and check the miles to litres . the other thing is do you just drive it around town or alot of motorway miles. because if you do town miles that works out to be around 38 mpg which is right . you will only get 50+ on the motorway . if you do 50/50 aweek then you should be getting around 46 mpg. look at this site http://www.whatmpg.co.uk/Vauxhall%20...formation.html
