    how do you adjust them

    i cant work it out

    how do you need to adjust it?

    hmm tricky,, they are only little things in the third brake light. If you can't put a pin into one and lever it down a little it may be worth just applying a little pressure on them to push them down a bit.. I have not had to alter mine so cannot be sure of the correct solution..

    As above I think there pretty much fixed in direction ... It might just Ben clogged or partially blocked causing the misflow...
    A pin/sewing needle very gently inserts may unblock /redirect it

    tried that and made it worse lol, how easy is it to replace the them ?

    I am sure I have redirected mine using a pin in the past. Push the pin in about 5mm and 'lever' it to move the nozzle.
