Airbag error codes

Ok here goes need someone's help in sorting my problem out with my vectra c Sri 2006 I started the car this morning and the airbag light is on I took it to a mates garage who plugged it into the diagnostics and it come up with these error codes
B0014
B0015
B0021
B0022

Both codes relate to circuit squib open or low voltage
And the other 2 is pretensioner open or low voltage ?

I bought a vec c estate sri 2.2 auto last weekend with airbag light on, had it read at a garage and the errors are the same as above -

B0014-0D present driver side airbag circuit high resistance
B0015-0D present driver pretensioner circuit high resistance
B0021-0D present passenger side airbag squib circuit high resistance
B0022-OD present passenger pretensioner circuit high resistance

what can i check to resolve these codes? I realise I will need a diagnostics gadget to retest after any checks, any recommendations for the vec c?
