    You can connect an amp to any headunit with the right adaptors

    I'm not familiar with the CDC Opera, but if it doesn't have any pre-amp outputs (which I assume it doesn't or you wouldn't be asking) just grab yourself a high level to pre-amp convertor or get an amplifier that takes a high level input.

    This is one for an ISO connector, although with a facelift this ISNT the one you ant, but shows the sort of thing I mean
