    Default HELP! audio wiring

Hi guys, im a total newbie to this but for my vectra i bought a load of audio stuff. I got 2 12" jl audio subs, vibe door speakers with cross overs and tweeters, pioneer 6x9s, a 800w orion west coast customs amp and also a mutant amp.

Im not sure how to wire anything up, should i wire the two subs to the biggest amp and then the door speakers and 6x9s to the other? the only thing is the smaller amp has a bass controller should i wire this to the subs or speakers ?

also can someone describe how to wire it all in

    Thanks
    Kieran

It is kind of a personal thing really and you have not really given enough information.... How many channels are each of the amps??? What head unit are you running it off etc etc.... People on here will be able to give you basic advice but if you really arn't sure it would be better to try and find a friend who knows about this stuff to lend a hand....

I'd say don't put the 6x9's in mate because when you get the subs going they're going to drown them out.

Concentrate on having the higher level sound to the front of the car and have the bass coming from the rear of the car.

    You'll notice the difference mate.

I've got components front and rear but they're amped up so that the rear passengers get to hear what I hear in the front with regards to the higher level ie treble etc. But when nobody's in the rear I adjust the rear via the Headunit to a lower level to let the bass come from the single 12" sub which is amped too.

Use the bigger amp for the subs.

Have a look at this guide too

    Hth you.
