Ive got a 2.2 direct and i know they av t/c as standard i recently bought a t/c switch plugged it in and it doesnt seem to work any1 know if they do work on this model or not thanks

Some work
some dont have the wiring
Some have partial wiring

and some even if all wiring is there, it wont work.

does the tc illuminate on the instrument for about 3 seconds then goes out
soon after you put the ignition on as this will tell you if you have tc or not

if not then you will need the specific abs unit and the switch wiring
completing then it will work.

ive retro fitted several and have been a success

Its pre facelift and dont think it illumintes at all

Mine doesn't (2006 Elite)

But my previous 53 reg Elegance did, but that had the non direct engine.

I didn't think any of the 2.2 direct engines had TC, apart from the Signum.

Does what work? If you mean the switch to switch it off maybe, maybe not. I suggest you search for it as its been covered millions of times.

its not tbh as you can get an abs unit from a scrappy or vxl breakers
then its the case of wiring in the switch then it shud work after a possible
tech2
