I had a set of ZZ3 on my Mundano to replace the OEM Dunlop's I was not a big fan found them quite skittish myself.

They are quite a soft compound but have used them in the past and they are better than the neutons nt5000 I have at the moment but not as good as the Mitch PS's I have on the rear.

I have avons on the rear and poopy ones on the front should I switch them over?

i wasn't very impressed with the zv5's i had before the Neutons

I would put best tyres on front, as that is where most of the work is done. Just my opinion.
