    Default Lesj÷fors Rear Coil Springs

I have just fitted a pair of Lesj÷fors rear coil springs to my Vectra hatch. It's a 2006 SRi 3.0 v6, after fitting the springs I've noticed that the bottom three coils are bottoming out on each other.

I know these are budget springs coming in at half the price of oem Sachs springs but surely this cannot be right that the bottom three coils sit on top of each other.

The springs were new and boxed supplied by Autovaux and the boxes were labelled Vectra C sports suspension. I would have gone OEM but refuse to pay ú120 for them and have them snap in no time.

    Any advice appreciated.

I have vxr dap springs on the rear of my siggy and the bottom 2 are together and the third nearly touching .But this is mainly due to the weight of the signum compared to the vectra that the springs were designed for .
But it does sit nice and low

These are for the right model thought Ian, can't be right or are they that cheap and poor design it's right?

This may be a silly answer but I've tried them both ways!! and you've guessed it, they are the same upside down only they are compressed at the top!!!

I have installed them with the writing the right way up.

Funny you should say that, I changed the springs and then fitted snowflakes in place of standard 17's. Its droning like hell at the back now!
