i'll start by showing my previous cars, im not expecting them to be youre cup of tea but it shows my background. al the cars started there life with me totally standard.

my first car, saxo vtr.

i then sold it and went to the world of vauxhalls,

and then got myself lost and went back to a citroen.

vts was running 178.9bhp rolling road proved at chipwizards in rochdale, fastest/ most powerful standard intake saxo in the uk. it came time to sell and somebody i allowed to road test it went from 5th to 1st and blew it up. i then bought an old merc c200 sport to get my by for a year.

so theres a bit about the past. now on to my new and long trm project,
the current plans are, lowered on coilovers, new rims, opel grill, maybe chequered gunmetal roof, to be honest im going to go with the flow. should have a lot of updates in next few weeks as my goodies are on order.

started on day one removing the griffen from the boot lid. and fitting fly eye to the rear lights and side repeaters and fitted opc badges (veiw on badges please)

ive now colour coded the boot strip and fitted gunmetal and blue badges (veiws please?)

ive ordered afull set of xenon bulbs, vinyl, genuine mud flaps, opel grill, wind deflectors, lip spoiler, egr blank and catch tank, new style vauxhall badge to fit opel grill so should start seeing progress soon.

Interesting list of cars, as long as you enjoyed them that's the only opinion that matters.
Will be interested to see where you go now. Colour coded strip and badges look ok.

Well, I've been off work sick so my bank accounts taken a hammering, ordered my hls module from Germany and my tuning box (until it's mapped) arrived this morning, also ordered my rear blinds, coil overs, wheels, bonnet bra and signum fog surrounds with colour coded rings. It's coming on faster than I had planned, pics will be posted when I have time to get them all on car

Did the badges myself mate. Bonnet bra is all part of my plans mate. All will be revealed. My brother owns the dubnortheast website. There's a clue

If the person test driving the saxo blew it up, I hope they bought it! If not i'd have broken their legs!

No mate, they left it at the side of a road. I took him for a road test and he drove back and then he asked if he could take a friend for a quick drive. And I was stupid enough to let him.

Hard lesson learned there. Another reason I never let anyone drive a car I am selling unless they leave me the full asking amount in cash first!

What prep did you do and what products did you use. I've got plans on doing something different with my SRi badges. I want to do the i in blue and was thinking that on new badges I could get away with rubbing down with some fine wet and dry and then a couple of layers of plastic primer and then a couple of colour. Does that sound about right to you?
